Three things I can build you.
Each of these is a discrete piece of work with a beginning and an end, not a retainer and not a platform you have to move onto. Each says on the card whether it runs today or is still being built.
Ecommerce operations
The shop and the operations layer over it. Stock, shipping, VAT and listings, from the order landing to the books agreeing.
Running on my own store every day since it launched.
See what it involves →Intelligent reporting
Nightly reads across the systems you already have. One plain answer each morning, with every figure traced back to where it came from.
Running nightly on my own store. Built and handed over once for a client.
See what it involves →Voice sales agent
The long tail of small orders, quotes and renewals, worked by a voice agent that prepares everything then waits for your yes.
I've built one voice agent and it runs today. This is that capability pointed at your sales desk.
See what it involves →And if yours is something else.
Those three are where I'd start, because I've built them before and that makes them quick. Often though, the thing costing you most turns out to be something I hadn't thought to offer. That conversation is just as welcome. Say what's actually hurting and we'll work from there.
- "I've got four spreadsheets and not one of them agrees with the others."
- "There's a CRM. Nobody can use it, because nothing feeds back into it."
- "I'm forecasting and if I'm honest I'm guessing."
- "I want one button that tells me where we actually are."
- "The data exists somewhere. Getting it out and in front of me is the problem."
Not one of those is on the list above. I'd take any of them on, because the shape underneath is the same one every time: systems that don't talk to each other, work that falls to a person to do by hand, a decision waiting on both.
So which one is yours?
Whether it's one of the three or something I've not put on the page, the next step is the same. I map how your business runs today, then say what I'd fix first and what I'd leave alone. If the honest answer is that I'm not the right person for it, you'll get that too. You'll still have the map.
